We are seeking an energised, confident Account Director who will be the backbone to our retention and growth strategy for Enterprise clients.  This role will be the primary decision-maker in the day to day management of our top clients as well as responsible for creating the overall strategy for managing, growing and tracking the performance of Enterprise clients.  In this role, you would be an extension of our clients business and also a solid manager to the Account Managers and Account Executives and support staff with who you will engage to execute your growth plans.  

Role Responsibilities:

  • Taking a lead in clients’ localization strategies
  • Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service
  • Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
  • Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
  • Working with other senior managers to generate new accounts
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Using their skills to push clients and the business to innovate

Desired Skills:

  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • A background in tech, advertising or marketing
  • The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
  • A persuasive and confident approach to program creation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Effective team management capabilities
  • A keen attention to detail, both programmatic and analytical
  • Experience as a localization customer is desirable but not required
